1. I want to upgrade my memory / a new graphics card / larger hard drive / DVD RW / Printer (etc.). What do I need? - We would need to understand what your current PC make, model and configuration is in order to advise you correctly. The quickest way for this is often a home visit. If you are confident you can supply this information in detail you can contact us and we can advise from your description.
We will also happily install and configure anything you have bought as long as it is compatible with your system.
2. My PC is running very slowly. I have Anti Virus software on here but it does not find anything. Do I have a virus? - It is very possible you have a virus, Spyware, Malware or Adware on your PC. These things are often picked up while doing internet searches without you realizing.
Your Anti Virus software must be kept up to date in order to help prevent these types of infections. Some infections are capable of disabling Anti Virus software if they can get on to your system.
We are often able to remove these. When this is not possible, we sometimes have to format or replace the hard drive. A backup of your data will be very useful then.

1. My printer disappeared. How do I reinstall the drivers? - The easiest way to reinstall the printer drivers is to use the disk that came with your printer. Put the disk in the drive and follow the directions on the screen.
If you no longer have the disk, you can do a search for your model printer on Google. There you should be able to find a driver download that will get you back up and running.
2. What shall I do if no ink comes out after a new ink cartridge is installed? - If you have already removed the yellow tag, the problem might be that the presence of air bubbles around the print head while changing cartridges blocks inkjets. Poor color or white lines on printouts could be for the same reason. You may either proceed with the "Cleaning Print Head" function in your printer for a couple of times to remove air bubbles, or, leave your cartridge inside the printer for an hour or so to let the bubbles rise to the top.
